Sarah Jarjour founded Activate Insurance in 2024 with a mission to protect what matters most—people, families, and businesses. With 15 years of combined experience in corporate and boutique small-business settings, Sarah brings both strategic insight and deep relational care to every client interaction. A graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Sarah began her career in Human Resources, where she specialized in strategic HR and talent development for mid- to large-sized organizations. In 2017, she transitioned into the insurance industry, discovering a deep passion for helping clients safeguard their financial well-being through thoughtful, tailored protection strategies. Sarah holds the CHS® designation and is currently pursuing her CFP and CLU® designations. Her strength lies in building long-term relationships rooted in empathy, trust, and a genuine heart for people. Whether advising on personal insurance, business continuity, or legacy planning, Sarah leads with care and conviction—serving as a reliable ally to clients navigating both everyday risks and life’s biggest transitions. With over 15 years of experience across both corporate and boutique business environments in Canada and the U.S., MJ brings a rare mix of executive presence and technical depth to every client conversation. A graduate of McGill University with a degree in Engineering, MJ began his career in engineering project management and product strategy, earning his Professional Engineering license. In 2019, he transitioned into wealth management, driven by a desire to make a deeper impact in people’s lives. He trained under seasoned advisors and earned his CIM® designation in 2022. MJ is known for his strategic thinking, relational depth, and ability to guide clients with clarity and conviction. Whether you’re scaling a business, planning for your family’s future, or aligning your financial life with your values, MJ provides trusted, thoughtful counsel to help you navigate complexity and steward wealth with purpose.
